The finance department is tasked with purchasing a large refrigerator, and the logistics department will ensure a supply of frozen beverages, with one bottle distributed each morning at 9 AM, one at 2 PM, and another at 5 PM. Staff are encouraged to provide timely support wherever needed.

To ensure the safety of children, employees bringing their children to work during the day are prohibited from allowing them to play in the workshop areas. Instead, children will be accommodated in the second-floor conference room, where the air conditioning will be turned on and televisions provided for entertainment. The cleaning staff, when available, will assist in looking after the children.
