According to a report from Kuaitech on July 9th, the Xiaomi SU7 has officially begun deliveries, with the first batch of owners already taking their vehicles home.
Xiaomi Auto’s official statement today indicates that the SU7 continues the design philosophy of the SU7, with a particular focus on optimizing the user experience for Apple users, aiming to create a vehicle that is easy for them to adopt.

iPhone Integration for Enhanced Convenience and Efficiency:
The vehicle supports UWB (Ultra-Wideband) for proximity-based car control and iOS widgets for remote car management. For instance, holding an iPhone with an activated UWB key in front of the car for 3 seconds can automatically open the front trunk.
Users can also leverage the Action Button on their iPhones to customize car control functions, such as a one-touch command to unlock the car, flash lights, or honk the horn.
The iPhone’s Dynamic Island provides real-time updates on the vehicle’s charging status.
Furthermore, users can easily navigate to destinations found within popular applications like Xiaohongshu or Dianping. By taking a screenshot of a post containing an address and sharing it to the Xiaomi Auto App, the address is automatically scanned and recognized, then synchronized to the car’s infotainment system. This allows for one-tap navigation to the desired location.
Simply sharing a screenshot with an address to the Xiaomi Auto App will result in the address being automatically scanned, recognized, and sent to the vehicle’s system, enabling one-tap navigation.
Moreover, users can enjoy a more convenient and enriched experience with the Apple ecosystem during both driving and parking:
The driving desktop supports the integration of Apple CarPlay as a desktop card. Users have the flexibility to adjust its position and size, displaying it in a 1/3, 2/3 split-screen, or full-screen view.

The infotainment system also features compatibility with Apple Music, which can also be added to the desktop for convenient selection of frequently listened-to and favorite tracks.
The Apple Watch offers independent control of the vehicle, allowing for quick unlocking, activation of the air conditioning, and even viewing parking photos. The five-directional camera views can be zoomed in and out.
The rear seating area can also connect to an iPad, and by linking it with the Xiaomi Auto App, users can conveniently control the vehicle.
