- System registration: 132,000 individuals initially registered.
- Successful basic information submission: 83,000 applicants completed the initial submission.
Following the initial submission, a preliminary screening was conducted based on basic application criteria. Ultimately, after a comprehensive system-based evaluation, 2,988 candidates have advanced to the complete information collection phase.
Pang Dong Lai will then conduct a detailed review of the collected comprehensive information for these shortlisted candidates. Those who pass this thorough review will receive interview invitations.
The company has commenced the resume screening process starting today. Applicants will be notified of the screening results via SMS and email. On-site interviews are scheduled to take place from September 1st to September 30th.
This recruitment drive is in preparation for the opening of the “San Pang” new store, which aims to hire 900 employees. The official recruitment announcement for the Xinxiang store detailed the basic standards, specific positions, job requirements, application procedures, and interview arrangements.
Notably, for the security and cleaning staff positions, the requirements stipulate a bachelor’s degree or above and an age limit of 25 years or younger (inclusive).
It is important to note that this recruitment drive is exclusively open to individuals residing in the Henan region. Pang Dong Lai emphasizes its belief that local employment fosters a more relaxed and healthy development for employees. Furthermore, it helps to prevent potential strain on relationships and family happiness that can arise from long-distance separations due to work.
