The new EliteBook 8 G1a 14 is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor. This advanced APU features an 8-core, 16-thread configuration, combining four Zen 5 cores with four Zen 5c cores, and supports hyper-threading technology. This architecture is designed to offer a significant boost in performance for AI-driven tasks, a key focus in modern computing.
Equipped with LPDDR5x memory and a PCIe 4.0 NVMe TLC SSD, this laptop is capable of locally running AI large models with parameters ranging from 70 billion to 120 billion. This capability positions the EliteBook 8 G1a 14 as a powerful tool for professionals who require on-device AI processing for complex applications, such as data analysis, content creation, and advanced machine learning tasks without relying on cloud resources.
The laptop sports a 14-inch display with a brightness of 400 nits and a 100% sRGB color gamut coverage.
