On September 26th, OPPO officially launched the new K13s smartphone, with a starting price of 1499 RMB. The device is available in two modern finishes: Energy Blue and Super White.
We’ve had the opportunity to get hands-on with this new model, and here’s a first look, complete with a set of unboxing images.
The OPPO K13s boasts a 6.8-inch 120Hz OLED flat display. A significant highlight is its “full-level” dust and water resistance, certified with IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings, offering exceptional protection against the elements and accidental submersion.
Further enhancing its durability is OPPO’s self-developed “Diamond Structure” for enhanced drop resistance. This innovative design aims to provide users with greater peace of mind by improving the phone’s ability to withstand accidental drops and land more safely.
Under the hood, the K13s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. It also features a substantial 7000mAh battery, which OPPO claims can deliver up to 50.5 hours of talk time, 7.6 hours of gaming, or 13.8 hours of short video playback on a single charge. This large battery capacity is particularly attractive for users who demand extended usage without frequent charging.
In terms of connectivity, the OPPO K13s introduces “Mountain Sea Network Communication,” enabling users to send messages even in areas without traditional network coverage, facilitating worry-free travel. The phone has passed TUV Rheinland’s high-quality signal certification, indicating robust network performance. It also supports flagship-level dual-band GPS and tri-band Beidou, ensuring reliable navigation even in complex environments, minimizing the risk of getting lost.
