According to a report by Kuai Technology on September 29th， Xiaomi has recently released a new magnetic charging treasure – the Xiaomi Jinshajiang Magnetic Power Bank， Ultra-thin， 5000mAh， 15W， priced at 299 yuan.
The Xiaomi official website now indicates that this magnetic charging treasure is currently out of stock. The next sales event is scheduled for October 7th at 10:00 AM.
As of this report， over 60，000 users have expressed interest and reserved the product.
It is understood that Apple released a MagSafe magnetic charging treasure at the iPhone 17 series launch event， but it only supports the iPhone Air. This limited compatibility appears to have created a market gap.
In response， Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun announced at the Xiaomi 17 series launch event， “What Apple doesn’t do， we will do. If Apple users have the demand， they can make a wish at our place.” This statement highlights Xiaomi’s strategic move to cater to unmet consumer needs within the Apple ecosystem.
Lei Jun emphasized that this charging treasure is not only compatible with the Xiaomi 17 series but also offers perfect compatibility with the entire iPhone 17 series. Furthermore， it provides backward compatibility with the iPhone 14 to iPhone 16 series models， a broad range of support that appeals to a large segment of the iPhone user base.
The product features a substantial 5000mAh battery capacity. It incorporates Xiaomi’s Jinshajiang silicon-carbon anode battery technology for the first time， boasting a high energy density and a 16% silicon content. This advanced battery technology is a significant contributor to its slim profile and impressive capacity.
The power bank is encased in a high-strength aluminum alloy shell， finished with a high-precision sandblasting and high-gloss diamond-cut process.
