Instead of just displaying cold codes when the network fails, the system can provide personalized troubleshooting recommendations based on the roles and needs of operators and maintenance personnel, and even simulate the best course of action. When faced with a customer complaint or network congestion, the system automatically adjusts the base station parameters to pinpoint the exact point of failure, and presents the “cause” of the failure in an intuitive and visual way so that the operator can clearly understand the problem.

While the Dark NOC solution innovates by transforming traditional O&M methods into intelligent O&M methods, another award-winning technology, the L4 High-Value Faulty O&M solution, focuses more on innovating the technology architecture. The solution innovates a three-tier architecture of “Intelligent Network Elements + Intelligent Base Agents + Intelligent OSS Agents”. This architecture enables a seamless connection between devices, middleware and management systems, thus greatly improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
