Xiaomi Auto has released its latest “Q&A with Netizens，” addressing inquiries regarding the zero-gravity seats in the SU7.
All Xiaomi SU7 models offer the option to equip the driver and front passenger seats with zero-gravity functionality， available through a paid upgrade. These advanced seats not only achieve a more comfortable zero-gravity state but also come with a ten-point massage system.
Following the initial adjustment to the zero-gravity position， users retain the ability to further customize the recline， seat cushion， and leg rest angles to their preference.
Once these personalized adjustments are finalized， a pop-up window on the central control screen allows users to “Save this position.” This feature ensures that the zero-gravity seats automatically revert to the saved configuration upon the next activation of the zero-gravity mode.
It is important to note a distinction in how these positions are saved: the driver’s zero-gravity seat position is linked to the user account， meaning it follows the driver across different vehicles if applicable. In contrast， the front passenger’s zero-gravity seat position is vehicle-specific， meaning it is remembered by the car itself rather than being tied to a user profile.
Xiaomi also shared useful tips for operating the zero-gravity seats:
The zero-gravity seats offer multiple， convenient methods for activation and deactivation. These include long-pressing a physical button on the exterior of the seat， navigating through the central control screen via “Seats > Seat Position > Zero-Gravity > Enter/Exit，” or utilizing voice commands to activate/deactivate the zero-gravity mode through Xiao Ai.
Upon exiting the zero-gravity state， the driver’s zero-gravity seat will return to the position saved according to the user’s driving habits. The front passenger’s zero-gravity seat， however， will reset to its position just before entering the zero-gravity mode.
Should users wish to revert their personalized zero-gravity seat settings to the factory default， they can do so by adjusting the seat to any position while in zero-gravity mode. This action will trigger a position memory pop-up on the central control screen， where they can select “Reset to Standard Position.”
Alternatively， while in the zero-gravity state， users can simply instruct Xiao Ai by saying， “Zero-gravity seat reset to factory settings.” This intuitive voice command system adds to the user-friendly experience.

Before initiating the adjustment to the zero-gravity posture， please ensure that there are no fragile items left in the rear seats and that no one is occupying them. Additionally， if the rear seatbacks are in a folded position， they must be unfolded to allow for proper entry into the zero-gravity seat state.
