September 9th News from Kuaicheji: Lynk & Co announced that the Lynk 10 EM-P has received over 10,000 confirmed orders within 56 minutes of its launch, quickly establishing itself as Lynk & Co’s latest hit model.
The Lynk 10 EM-P officially launched yesterday evening with four models, with an official price range of 173,800 to 211,800 yuan. A limited-time discount of 10,000 yuan reduces the effective price range to 163,800 to 201,800 yuan.
The new vehicle builds upon the three configurations initially available for pre-sale, with the addition of a new 120 four-wheel-drive Halo version. All models come standard with intelligent electric four-wheel drive and lidar, and it debuts with the Flyme Auto 2 in-car system.
The strong sales performance of the Lynk 10 EM-P is closely linked to its appealing exterior design and robust overall configuration.
Specifically, the new car’s exterior closely resembles Lynk & Co’s concept car, The Next Day. The front fascia features a prominent “mecha” style, retaining Lynk & Co’s signature Y-shaped “light wing” headlights. The body incorporates hidden door handles and frameless doors, complemented by a sloping fastback rear design and 21-inch wheels.
This design language is entirely original, and its overall style is highly contemporary, sharp, and sporty, earning it the nickname “the most beautiful Lynk” from some netizens.
The new car measures 5050mm in length, 1966mm in width, and 1487mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3005mm, positioning it as a large mid-size sedan. In terms of interior space, it stands out with few rivals in its class.
The interior features a combination of a 12.66-inch LCD instrument cluster, a 15.4-inch central control screen, and a 25.6-inch HUD head-up display. It is powered by the Flyme Auto vehicle system and the 8295 automotive-grade chip. Substantial use of Ultrasuede faux suede material in the cabin adds a strong sense of luxury and premium quality.
In terms of powertrain, the Lynk 10 EM-P is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T engine and P1, P3, and P4 motors. The system boasts a maximum combined power of 390kW and a peak torque of 755 Nm. All models feature intelligent electric four-wheel drive, with a fuel consumption of 4.2L/100km when the battery is depleted. The battery capacity options are 18.4kWh and 38.2kWh, providing CLTC pure electric ranges of 120km and 240km, respectively.
Overall, the Lynk 10 EM-P presents no significant shortcomings in its interior and exterior design or its feature set. With a starting price of 163,800 yuan, its market competitiveness against models like the BYD Han and Geely Galaxy Starway 8 is considerable. If production capacity can keep pace with demand, it is expected to significantly boost sales for the Geely Group.
