Geely， which was initially somewhat behind in the early stages of the new energy vehicle wave， has made significant strides in recent years with its Galaxy series， continuously capturing market share from BYD.
In August of this year， Geely launched the all-new Galaxy L7. Two months later， the latest official data reveals that its cumulative deliveries have surpassed 30，000 units， establishing it as a runaway success.
The primary reason for the Galaxy L7’s impressive sales performance lies in its exceptional cost-effectiveness. With a starting price after trade-in subsidies of just 81，800 RMB， this represents remarkable value for a mid-size plug-in hybrid sedan measuring 4918/1905/1495mm with a wheelbase of 2845mm.
Adopting the latest family design language， the vehicle’s exterior， interior design， and overall configuration are highly refined， making it an ideal first car for young consumers.
Inside， the cabin features a combination of a 15.4-inch floating central control screen， an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster， and a HUD (Heads-Up Display). The inclusion of physical control buttons balances a futuristic technological ambiance with intuitive and efficient operation.
A significant advantage of the Galaxy L7 compared to its segment competitors is its in-car infotainment system. The A7 is equipped with the Galaxy NOS system， deeply customized based on Flyme Auto from Meizu. It supports four-zone voice interaction， “what you see is what you say” functionality， and continuous dialogue. It also offers seamless integration with Huawei HiCar and Carlink for smartphone connectivity.
Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) are another strong suit for this vehicle. It features the Qianli Haohan H3 intelligent assisted driving solution， offering capabilities such as highway NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) and APA (Automatic Parking Assist) functionality. Additionally， the new car is the first to feature Geely’s newly released Thor AI Hybrid 2.0 and Xingrui AI Cloud Power 2.0. Under CLTC (China Light-duty Vehicle Test Cycle) conditions， it achieves a fuel consumption of just 2.67 L/100km in hybrid mode and boasts a comprehensive range exceeding 2，100 km， positioning it as a highly efficient and long-range option in the market.
