       <p>According to reports on October 24th， Guiyang traffic police in Guizhou have successfully identified a "violation king" vehicle through big data analysis. This small passenger car， license plate Gui AD6***9， has accumulated an astonishing 354 traffic violations， totaling 362 demerit points and requiring a fine of 26，950 yuan. It has legitimately earned the title of "violation king."</p>

        <p>When apprehended by the police， the vehicle was operating as an online ride-hailing car with passengers on board， highlighting a blatant disregard for regulations even during active service.</p>

        <p>Upon inspection， it was discovered that the vehicle's inspection certificate expired on September 30， 2023. It was operating illegally without a valid inspection and had not insured compulsory third-party liability insurance， making it a vehicle operating "in a diseased state."</p>

        <p>When questioned by the police， the driver， identified as Mr. Shen， admitted that the vehicle is frequently lent to multiple friends， and all 354 traffic violations were incurred by different users. This situation raises significant concerns about vehicle management and accountability.</p>

        <p>In accordance with Article 78， Paragraph 4 of the "Regulations on the Registration of Motor Vehicles" and Article 98， Paragraph 1 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China，" the vehicle was detained for two offenses: driving a motor vehicle on the road that has not undergone safety technical inspection as required (excluding specific categories like long-distance buses， tourist buses， and dangerous goods vehicles) and failing to insure compulsory third-party liability insurance.</p>

        <p>It is understood that vehicles with such a high number of violations， exceeding 300 demerit points， must have all violations cleared before they can be legally put back on the road. Additionally， new compulsory third-party liability insurance must be purchased.</p>

        <p>The driver's license， with its standard 12-point allowance， is obviously insufficient to cover all these violations. In some jurisdictions， drivers in such situations may be required to retake parts of the driving test， such as the theoretical (Subject 1) or practical (Subject 3) exams， to clear their violation points. However， all accumulated fines and late fees must be paid promptly.</p>

        <p>Furthermore， if some of the violations were committed by individuals other than the registered owner， those individuals may be required to personally appear at the traffic police department with their driver's licenses to handle their specific infractions.</p>
