At the Gamescom Opening Night Live event held early this morning, the next-generation truck simulation game “King of the Road,” developed collaboratively by Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment, was officially revealed!
The game is slated for release in 2026 and is expected to be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platforms.
In “King of the Road,” players will take the driver’s seat of a 40-ton semi-trailer truck, delivering cargo in a realistic simulation environment while admiring the vast and vibrant landscapes of the American South.

Players will begin their journey as rookie drivers, gradually progressing to become experienced bosses. The game challenges players to build a reputation in a fiercely competitive market, forge valuable partnerships, and bravely confront unpredictable dangers. Players must enhance their reputation, overcome perilous situations, face off against rivals, and prove their worth through demanding long-haul missions!

Drive Your Truck: Experience every detail in this next-generation simulation, from weight, wear and tear, brakes, torque, and transmissions, to dynamic weather and road conditions. Drive meticulously recreated, customizable trucks to complete long-distance transports.
