Pang Donglai, a prominent commercial group, announced yesterday evening (October 20th) the establishment of “Pang Donglai Open Day,” offering a channel for external entities to tour its internal operations.
The company officially stated its intention: “We hope that through this initiative, we can share advanced lifestyle concepts, scientific management techniques, methodologies, and humanistic qualities with enterprises willing to learn from Pang Donglai or those that share Pang Donglai’s philosophy and values.”
The “Pang Donglai Open Day” is a paid program. Open days are scheduled for the 10th and 20th of each month (if these dates fall on a Tuesday, they will be postponed by one day). Each group will be limited to a maximum of 15 participants, and any single enterprise can book a maximum of 5 slots. The fee is set at 20,000 CNY per person, with each individual from an enterprise eligible to participate only once per year.
The visits will encompass key operational sites of Pang Donglai, including its industrial parks, Angel City, and Times Square. This will allow participants to gain direct insight into the company’s operational details at the ground level.
Responding to this announcement, media outlets inquired on October 21st, posing as potential participants. They confirmed with Pang Donglai stores that the fee for learning and visiting the enterprise’s open day is indeed 20,000 CNY per person. The visit is scheduled for one day between the 10th or 20th of each month, and this fee does not include travel or accommodation expenses.
Regarding meals, participants will be provided with lunch at the employee cafeteria on the day of their visit.
